    尝试制作清蒸鲫鱼汤-1

      为什莫要做呢,不是为了吃,纯粹是娱乐哦!
      时间:2个半小时
      原料:一条一斤的鲫鱼;葱白;生姜;大蒜;黄酒;花生油;胡椒粉;盐;味精。(鱼是市场师傅给清理的,拿回来竟还有生命特征反应,真是残忍,啧啧)
      器具:炒锅和砂锅
      制作方法:
      1、鲫鱼切3段(我的砂锅较小,整条不好放进去),用黄酒泡半小时(去腥),葱切小段,姜切好丝(其实有丝有片还有丁啦,我得刀工实在~~~),蒜切片。
      2、加热炒锅,用姜片擦锅(为了去腥),下油加热,放入鲫鱼,炸至泛黄(其实我也不知道是不是炸黄了,灯光太暗,好像炸糊了)。
      3、将炸好的鲫鱼放入盛有冷水的砂锅中,中火加热煮至沸腾(注意一定要是冷水哦,这样才能煮出白汤)。然后加入黄酒,姜葱蒜。
      4、2个半小时后,加入味精和盐,就算完成了。
